DAA is excited to announce the launch of the 2nd course in the newly revised, completely online, Essentials Series. This is an interactive, discussion-based education program.

Course 2 will be, Applying Digital Analytics. This will consist of: Coursework/assignments that will be completed weekly prior to the online class with Anil Batra. The online class will occur twice a week for approximately 1 hour, with Anil conducting an online class format, allowing students access to a SME for Q & A and/or class discussion. Zoom will be used, and sessions will be recorded.

Description of Applying Digital Analytics: This course picks up where the Essentials Series Online – Fundamentals of Digital Analytics left off.  Applying Digital Analytics will take attendees deeper into the application of the web analytics processes and insight into the pitfalls to avoid. You will learn the steps to using web analytics to improve site design, digital marketing, conversion/lead optimization, and improving return on marketing.
 

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Assess the Digital Analytics maturity of their organization
  • Help Digital Strategy and Web Design teams in Persona Development
  • Incrementally fine-tune their website, creating a better customer experience and optimizing performance
  • Start Personalizing the user experience
  • Get started with Machine Learning
